dolore al sacro iliaco ed alle articolazioni, che duri da più di tre mesi.
Non sottovalutare mai se il dolore è soprattuto notturno e sveglia dal sonno.
Non sottovalutare mai le rigidità continue la mattina, che durino più di mezz'ora.
Un semplice controllo reumatologico, può escludere tante patologie, che se curate per tempo possono essere meno invalidanti.
In questi mesi mi sono iscritta al forum REUMAMICI che ringrazio per il loro supporto ed a tutti i gruppi di fb che trattano di tali patologie, ho cercato di conoscere queste malattie poco conosciute e sottovalutate.
I malati reumatici si definiscono in un gruppo come Curati a Metà e il nome rende l'idea!!!
Unica nota positiva è che negli ultimi 15 gg le mani non mi fanno più male e che riesco a fare il mio amato filet ed il ricamo...non posso stare a lungo seduta, ma a tappe riesco ahahahah!!!
Sono in aspettativa per 4 mesi dal lavoro, non sono più in grado di fare alcun sforzo e voi sapete bene che il mio compito è un po' gravoso...ora devo pensare a trovare la via giusta per convivere con questo problema e curarmi per bene.
So che ci sono malattie più serie e mi spiace spesso di lamentarmi, ma credetemi il dolore è forte ed oggi neppure il cortisone riesce a calmarlo.
Io non mi vergogno a parlarne, non mi sono mai atteggiata ad wonder woman, conosco i miei limiti e le mie debolezze ed ora sono più tranquilla perchè almeno so di What is it ... you are my neighbors and I have been given smiles and joy. MILLEMILA THANKS!

More Swap "Cuddles Bath" my friend Daniel and combined received an embroidered and crochet my mess ... poor Danny has had to satisfy not I was at the top for creative idea and I also had to try to take stock of string ... to be my guinea pig and she was great ... he even said that GARBO!
