Hello everyone today place a recipe for rolls stuffed with sausage and smoked cheese.
are a variant of the Italian spring rolls, and were designed by me and Nicola after a couple of times for the spring rolls.
Ingredients:
250 g of flour type 0,
110 g of water at room temperature,
1 pinch of salt,
20 g extra virgin olive oil + qb
For the filling:
various meats (sausages, salami, mortadella, prosciutto raw, cooked) and smoked.
procedure
Pour all ingredients into the jug and mix: 2 min. / closed mouth / ear. Remove and set aside to rest for 20 minutes, covered or wrapped in plastic wrap. Spread then in thin sheets, cut into squares and fill with cold cuts and provolone to taste. Fry in hot oil.
