Hello everyone today place a recipe for rolls stuffed with sausage and smoked cheese.
are a variant of the Italian spring rolls, and were designed by me and Nicola after a couple of times for the spring rolls.






Ingredients:


250 g of flour type 0,
110 g of water at room temperature,
1 pinch of salt,
20 g extra virgin olive oil + qb


For the filling:
various meats (sausages, salami, mortadella, prosciutto raw, cooked) and smoked.




procedure


Pour all ingredients into the jug and mix: 2 min. / closed mouth / ear. Remove and set aside to rest for 20 minutes, covered or wrapped in plastic wrap. Spread then in thin sheets, cut into squares and fill with cold cuts and provolone to taste. Fry in hot oil.

Focaccia Italian potatoes, pancetta and rosemary risotto Smoked

FOCACCIA POTATOES, BACON AND ROSEMARY


Other Thermomix recipe ... with a very small variation rosemary I put a little well in the middle

Ingredients:

100 g of bacon slices,
2 sprigs of rosemary,
220 g of water at room temperature,

25 g of fresh yeast ( 1 cube),
1 teaspoon sugar,
450 g of flour type 0,
150 g of potatoes to cottte Varoma,
1 teaspoon salt, 30 g
oil oil,
1 teaspoon salt.



Procedure:

Chop bacon and rosemary: 5 sec. vel. 7, set aside. Pour water into the jug, baking powder and sugar, stir 20 sec. vel. 2. Add flour, potatoes, bacon and the chopped rosemary and salt, mix: 3 min. ear (if necessary add a few tablespoons of 'water).
Remove the dough and put in a ceramic bowl with high sides, lightly oiled. Cover with
plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours. Take up the dough and, using your hands,
spread on a baking sheet (or baking) lined with special paper, brush with oil.
Brush the surface of the dough with the remaining oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and chopped rosemary.
With so many fingers to form dimples on the whole surface. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
. Serve hot.

Vi posto ora una ricetta per il Bimby TM31, non sono più incaricato alle vendite.
Ne ho acquistato uno, ed ho pure acquistato dei ricettari. Tra questi quello nuovo del riso.


Ed ecco a voi la ricetta.



Ingredienti per 4 persone:

200 gr di provola affumicata a pezzi,
1 cipolla mondata e taglia in quarti (50 gr),
30 gr di extra virgin olive oil,
100 grams of bacon into thin slices,
350 g Arborio rice cooked 15 min.
50 grams of dry white wine,
800 grams of meat broth (or water and stock cube Thermomix) boiling
1 packet of saffron, salt

30 grams of butter.
