carrot cake, almonds and hazel




The cake made in a silicon mold in Christmas theme


Version Muffins

Ingredients


200 grams of carrots,
199 grams of almonds,
100 g hazelnuts,
300 grams of flour,
200 grams of sugar,
60 g butter,
3 eggs,
a glass of milk,
1 teaspoon honey,
1 packet of yeast,
a pinch of salt,
icing sugar (for garnish) .




procedure

I have used the 'help of Thermomix. Chop sugar, hazelnuts and almonds 10 sec. vel.7,
add the carrots in pieces 10 sec. vel.7, combine eggs, milk, honey, butter 10 seconds. vel.7.
Add the flour and salt 10 sec. vel.6, last half a bag of yeast 10 sec. vel.6. Pour the contents into a mold, as you can see from the photos I used in a Christmas theme. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 50 min.
