POTATO NESTS WITH LENTILS AND COTECHINO
thank you for the wonderful recipe site GialloZafferano. I made it last night and has been a huge success.
I've made some changes, making help from the Thermomix.
Ingredients for 6 nests:
500 grams of yellow potatoes like Bolognese
175 grams of milk,
15 g butter,
mix of 15 grams of grated cheese,
250 grams of lentils,
250 grams of sausage,
1 / 2 onion,
1 carrot,
parsley, salt
qb
procedure
Prepare the mixture of nests using the Thermomix: put the jug sliced potatoes, milk and salt. Place the butterfly, bake 25 min., 100 degrees, vel. 1.
When cooked add the butter and mix in cheese grated and mashed mount for 30 sec. vel. 3.
Set aside the mixture.
Meanwhile, prepare the lentils: fry the onion and parsley and carrots. Add the lentils, already previously boiled, and cook until they add flavor with herbs.
Boil the sausage, where the precooked, in cold water for the time indicated on the package.
Once cooked, cut the sausage first and then sliced into cubes and set aside.
Take the mixture of potatoes and place in a syringe with the nozzle sweet big star, make their nests until all the potatoes.
All 'internal nests lay first and then the sausage and lentils.
Enjoy everyone! The recipe is a viable alternative to traditional Cotechino with Lentils.
tuttiiii Happy New Year!
