CORNETTI SALATI
I cornetti salati che ho realizzato per il cenone del 31 Dicembre 2009 sono stati fatti con la pasta sfoglia secondo la ricetta del mio carissimo amico Francesco82 using the Thermomix TM31.

The croissants were stuffed with various meats, tuna, smoked cheese and spicy provolone.
To get the croissants I have stretched out the dough until you have two strips, from which I made of triangles.

In no time you'll get a pound of pasta, fresh and definitely good.
