FOCACCIA POTATOES, BACON AND ROSEMARY
Other Thermomix recipe ... with a very small variation rosemary I put a little well in the middle
and there is salt.
Ingredients:
100 g of bacon slices,
2 sprigs of rosemary,
220 g of water at room temperature,
25 g of fresh yeast ( 1 cube),
1 teaspoon sugar,
450 g of flour type 0,
150 g of potatoes to cottte Varoma,
1 teaspoon salt, 30 g
oil oil,
1 teaspoon salt.
Procedure:
Chop bacon and rosemary: 5 sec. vel. 7, set aside. Pour water into the jug, baking powder and sugar, stir 20 sec. vel. 2. Add flour, potatoes, bacon and the chopped rosemary and salt, mix: 3 min. ear (if necessary add a few tablespoons of 'water).
Remove the dough and put in a ceramic bowl with high sides, lightly oiled. Cover with
plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours. Take up the dough and, using your hands,
spread on a baking sheet (or baking) lined with special paper, brush with oil.
Brush the surface of the dough with the remaining oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and chopped rosemary.
With so many fingers to form dimples on the whole surface. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
. Serve hot.
